The door locks are terrible. Our overall experience was good but the access to hotel rooms was appalling. If my father (87 years old) had not had myself to go back several times to reception to have the cards rekeyed, he simply would not have survived at this hotel.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of NorwichI had a very relaxing stay at Park Farm. The hotel staff were very welcoming and were all friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, they have modern equipment in the gym and a fair size pool. I would highly recommend a stay here.
