"This spot is a gem! First time visiting the outer banks, so didn’t know what to expect. Condo is kind of randomly on the top floor of a business in a parking lot, but super nice and spacious inside. The beach is a 7 minute walk, probably faster if you don’t have two slow poke kids, and the clubhouse is a 3 minute walk (you can also drive and park at both of these). Super convenient to allOf Duck. Just FYI, as I didn’t really look at the essentials, there no dishwasher or stove. But there is a hot plate and toaster oven. Our family had a wonderful stay here."

"The property was great in terms of cleanliness, space, value, and walk ability to the beach. However, the pool was under construction while we were there and the majority of our view was a construction site which was not accurately described in the property description. Also it was pretty hard to get the ac to work and cool down the unit despite confirming that it was working. Lastly, there were no food container options for storing leftovers and/or transporting food to and from beach/pool. No plastic bags, Saran Wrap, foil, or plastic dishes with lids for storing leftovers made it slightly challenging. "

"Host was welcoming and responsive. Good room for guests in bedrooms downstairs. Easy walk to the beach! Nice views outside- can see the ocean a bit. Not a luxury place but clean, and peaceful in late December. Also very accessible to all the fun in Duck. We enjoyed placing shuffle board there and if you enjoy tennis, and a nice indoor hot tub, you will really like that benefit there. Unusual to find those amenities. Kids will enjoy it! "
