If I could give a higher rating, I would! A fantastic stay! Amazing staff, amazing accommodation, wonderful pools, jacuzzis and saunas. The free shuttle service to the beach and town is a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with this rating when myself and staff were very accommodating to you and your needs. We moved you to another apartment, attended to any housekeeping issues and were very obliging. The issue was, you booked the cheaper Budget category but wanted the Superior apartment, even though I spoke to you when you were inhouse on your previous stay asking about a booking for this stay. The hotel was good. But reception lady was not kind. She told me Do you speak English? I was so uncomfortable and she didn’t give us pool towels and didn’t say the close time of the reception. And next day the room was open for real estate! I could not totally relax!!

Beautiful grounds, very well kept, a lush tropical oasis. Several heated pools and spas. Comfortable apartment. Great communication- we received an email telling us early checking was available. Complimentary shuttle service into Noosa. There’s an onsite restaurant and other shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We wish we stayed longer.

Unit was great size and clean. The units furniture, bathroom etc haven’t been updated since we stayed there nearly 20 years ago. Pool noise is very loud echoing into unit.

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful and the thai restaurant is delicious. It is a little drive to Noosa beach and the parking is awful down there but the property does offer a free shuttle. Supermarket is a 5 min walk. Honeslty you dont really even need to leave the resort. Im pretty sure we just got the standard apartment and it was really nice. Would definitely return!

This place is a bit weird. If you’re looking to relax and spoil yourself go somewhere else. The rooms and pool areas are nice and the kitchens are well equipped etc but if you want breakfast there’s no options either in room or a buffet etc. only dinner option is a Thai restaurant inside. On the night before checkout I had an email threatening me with more costs if I didn’t empty the bins. That hardly screams holiday. I stayed two nights. No replenishment of towels or any housekeeping between days either! It kinda feels like you’re at your own house.

I loved the whole South Pacific feel 🌴 Loved the room from top to bottom in every way. Peaceful and lots of ambience. The only thing I missed was the convenience of a microwave.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable had everything we needed. The only thing that could of been better for our 3night stay would of been extra towels there was only 1 towel each 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel.
