"Absolutely LOVED staying at Panan!!! The staff were friendly & helpful from check in to check out. The tours we booked with the excursions desk were all fantastic & reasonably priced. The room we had was just unreal, the 180* views were breathtaking. The hotel is in a pretty great location too, just a short walk to the beachfront, and the way it’s situated, you’re on the main strip, but slightly away from it, which is great as you do not hear any of the hustle or bustle from the room, but still have everything in walking distance. The room was always immaculate when the cleaner came in and the outdoor areas were all solid!! Breakfast was pretty average and the rooftop pool bar was swarming with flies when you went for a happy hour drink. Even with this, I’d stay here every single time I come back to Ao Nang!"

"We really loved the room and the pool of the roof with the daily sunsets and many sunbeds. We enjoyed the gym. Overall a really good quality hotel. We loved the parking guy, he was really friendly. Actually friendlier than the reception. I didn't like that they did not greet us when we arrived daily at the hotel. They look at you, but it feels extra welcoming if they add a 'Hello'."

"This is a wonderful place! Luxurious without any stuffiness. The entire staff are wonderful, kind and attentive. Food is likewise very nice and good value for a resort. Oh, and the location is spectacular!"

Although the food throughout the stay “tasted like” sometimes freshly cooked vs more often quickly microwaved / reheated from day/s before. We’d certainly come back, particularly if there is a substantial leap in the food quality offering (it’s not the selection, it’s the food quality). . "

"The staff everywhere were fantastic especially at the pool bar and the lounge. Friendly staff everywhere, nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable rooms. Huge pool and lots of spare sunbeds. Excellent restaurants. Amazing breakfast, such a big choice of food and great quality. Sadly jellyfish season so no swimming in sea but beautiful beach across the (small) road. Would highly recommend for people going to Krabi"
