Sweet and charming w uncomfortable beds
The reception was lovely, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The rooms are sweet. One of the main draws was the water slide which wasn’t in service. The beds, linens and pillows were super uncomfortable. Cute spot but I would opt for a different hotel next trip

Nice stay, especially when travelling with kids
Nice big hotel. Great facilities including a long pool and slides. Unfortunately spa and gym were closed due to Covid. Our Room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. Breakfast was quite average.

Do not recommend!
The amenities advertised include “indoor pool and outdoor pool” but the outdoor pool was emptied even though it was 28 degrees Celsius outside. I purposely chose a hotel that included bar/lounge in the amenities but upon arrival this hotel did not. There were drinks available at the lobby but this was by no means a “bar” or “lounge”. The hotel was also very far away from Bari. I would not recommend this hotel and I feel it is not accurately represented in the description and pictures.

Normally don't do reviews, but this was terrible!
Don’t be fooled by pictures they must have been taken when hotel was build in 2009, nothing has been done since! Understand that when it was build it was a 4* hotel. However now it shines of bad management and is MAX 3* Reception staff friendly, but lacking facilities+training and were simply not empowered to make decisions+doo there job effectively. Checked in first evening, had booked double room for 2adults+9yr old child, this normally means that there is a double bed+some kind of extra bed. However reception staff said that they had only received booking from hotels.com for a double room and so the room we were given was tiny and had just a queen bed that you could hardly walk around and there was certainly no space for an extra bed...!! Anyway hotel fully booked and it was late so we slept the night all 3 in queen bed. Next day we talked to new reception staff, they told us that our booking was for 2adults+1 child, but no age, so they assumed that it was a small child! (This was later confirmed with hotels.com was not true, booking had a 9yr old child!) 2nd night also fully booked, 3rd night we PAID for a room with an extra bed! Other things: Big water slide broken and closed! 4*hotel with NO iron+iron board to borrow? Not possible to sit outside to eat, doors looked to terrace and old tables scattered around in a mess. Breakfast ok, but the nuts were still in shells and u had to crack them yourself!! Did so and found them bad, obviously as no one else ever did!

Only stayed one night (Sunday) on the way south. Pool area was very lively during the day, but dining areas where surprisingly quiet at night, giving the impression that the liveleiness was due to weekend guests only. It seemed strange that the hotel did not have a bar with all drinks having to be taken at a table in the dining room. Service generally was good and hotel clean.

Can't wait to go back!
While not situated in a sprawling city location, it is close enough to enjoy the town in a country side setting. Vineyards adorn the nearby country side! Impressed by the friendly staff, which you will find helpful and informative. They truly make you feel welcome and appreciated. The hotel offers excellent dining, cleanliness, and is very quiet and relaxing, and in a charming rustic setting. All of this as what I feel is a bargain price! The local population is also friendly and inviting! I would highly recommend to anyone! Enjoy your stay as I did, to experience the warm southern Italy! Fantastic!

Suites très spacieuses et propres. Piscine sale, toboggans non accessibles, fêtes extérieures, concert tard le soir, personnel peu accueillant à la réception et au restaurant, petit-déjeuner très sommaire pour un 4 étoiles, système d'air conditionné bruyant toute la nuit, personnes extérieures faisant de la mécanique sur son véhicule.

Hotel molto scenografico, struttura che meriterebbe di essere meglio valorizzata da una manutenzione discutibile. Soffione della doccia non utilizzabile in quanto il sostegno era rotto, diverse macchie di umidità in bagno, rubinetto del lavabo non ben fissato; ad ogni manovra del miscelatore pareva potersi rompere. TV senza alcun segnale. E, dulcis in fundo, improvvisamente mancata la corrente alle prese ed alle lampade della stanza; non certo problema di rete, visto che clima ed utenze esterne alla mia stanza erano perfettamente funzionanti.

Struttura molto bella ma camere da ristrutturare
Nel mio primo soggiorno avevo prenotato una Junior suite . La camera con terrazzo era molto bella . L’unica nota negativa sono i serramenti in legno che avevano parecchi spifferi ed avendo soggiornato a fine Novembre , era obbligatorio tenere accesa la pompa di calore tutta la notte . Pulizia nella norma . Per quanto riguarda ristorante , qualità prezzo buona , ho mangiato pesce tutte le sere spendendo il giusto . Colazione , mi aspettavo più scelta , comunque nella norma . Nella seconda parte del soggiorno ho pernottato in una camera superior che purtroppo non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative . Camera molto buia , arredo vecchio e trascurato , pavimento in linoleum , anche qui problemi di spifferi .

Verzorgd hotel.
Verzorgd hotel in de omgeving van Bari. Goed ontbijt, uitgebreid a la carte diner mogelijkheid. Goede keuken. Spijtig genoeg lagen we aan de achterkant van het hotel waar het minder rustig was aangezien er vanaf 's morgens leveringen en ophalingen zijn.

Leider war das 2.Doppelzimmer (Vollpreis!) nach hinten auf den Personalparkplatz ebenerdig gerichtet - nichts zu sehen von dem netten Innenhof .... Im oberen Trakt war der "tolle" Herrenhof mit einem gummiartigen, dreckigem Linoleumboden belegt - neben schönen alten Mauern die Gartenliegen für Pool leider uralt...

Bel posto e ottima struttura dopo due ore che ero arrivato volevo farmi una doccia e niente acqua calda,mi avevano dato una stanza ch!Dopo circa Dopo circa 2 ore e aveva avuto gia in passato questi problemi! Dopo circa 2 ore risolvono il problema!!Personale gentile e cordiale , c erano tutti i comforts che ci si poteva disporre!Al mattino la colazione era un po scarsa forse a causa di un gruppo che era li per un congresso o week end ,comunque ho trovato solo dei cornetti piccoli un mix di frutta e delle marmellate nient altro!La barista mi ha portato un cappuccino e si e scusata x il disagio !! Tutto sommato sono stato bene a parte i dusagi ovviamente!!

Das Hotel befindet sich (ohne Auto schlecht erreichbar) sehr abgelegen. Rundherum befinden sich auch keine anderen Lokale oder Ähnliches. Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmer, und vorallem die unseres Bades, entsprach alles anderem als einem 4- Sterne Hotel - auf Nachfrage eines anderen, zumindest sauberen Zimmers, wurden mit der Reinigung des Bads vertröstet. La struttura è da favola, il servizio ricevuto è stato perfetto, la colazione regale, la piscina ed annesso servizio una meraviglia, camera spaziosa pulizia della camera stile kisso, complimenti a tutto lo staff, e lo ripeto anche al servizio pulizie. L' hotel sembra fuori mano, ma si trovae a 2/3 km da Torre a mare e poco più da mola di Bari, luoghi con tantissimi ristoranti sul mare e con menù pesce a prezzi abbordabilissimi. Peccato aver finito le vacanze. Prenotando con hotel.com il costo è stato di 80,00€/gorno per Camera colazione, piscina inclusi lettini ed asciugamani

Comode le camere, ampie e ben fatte. Ottima la piscina. Cibo no all’altezza della struttura. Colazione sufficiente ma non esaltante. Molto deludente la scelta di ospitare una festa nuziale notturna, molto rumorosa che ha impedito di dormire fino alle 4:00 del mattino.

Struttura molto grande e particolare. Personale professionale ma avara di informazioni sulla struttura e servizi offerti. La camera assegnata non sembrava essere la "superior" prenotata ma tutto sommato sufficientemente grande e comoda. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una piccola invasione di formiche, subito risolta dalla gentilissima ed efficace Signora adetta alle camere, che ha riassettato tutto, cambiando anche la biancheria del letto. Buona la colazione anche se tutto molto standard e niente di tipico e fresco.

Punto di forza la piscina peccato che la struttura manchi di un'adeguata manutenzione, camere grandi ma poco spazio per riporre indumenti ( armadio e cassettiera) bagno grande con vasca, aggancio per doccia rotto come il rubinetto del lavandino, mancano del tutto gli accessori per appendere gli asciugamani, personale gentile.

ホテルの施設記載には気をつけて！
長旅になりここで洗濯を済ませてその間公共のエリアでは無料のコーヒーが飲めるという事でしたが全く出来ない、おまけに昼間から大音量で音楽を流して公共の場で話しが全く出来ず．翌日１時間以上離れた場所で洗濯をした。旅行が台無しに。宿の施設には誤りがある。

La struttura si trova in un bel posto, tra il verde e non lontano dal mare,è ideale se si ha la macchina. I locali comuni sono accogliente, nello stile delle case pugliesi. Le camere sono un po' retro', sono buie con un un pavimento finto parquet, che stona con il resto della struttura. Per essere un 4 stelle della catena UNA mancano alcune cose per quanto riguarda l'igiene in bagno (shampoo, bagno schiuma, crema corpo, ciabattine di spugna). La colazione è buona e abbondante.
