Decent hotel for a couple of nights. Nothing fancy, but the staff were super helpful and made checking in easy. Great location, within easy reach of Matabiau station and the city centre.

Great hotel in a really convenient location right in the centre of Toulouse. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries (although no shower cap but fortunately I had one with me that I had acquired at another hotel!), air conditioning and bottled water replenished every day. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower cubicle. There was plenty of choice at breakfast with cereals, yogurts, fruit, cold meats and cheeses, bread pastries, tea, coffee and fruit juices including freshly squeezed orange juice.
Enjoyed our stay at The Grand Balcon and would happily recommend.

"The front desk staff were very polite and friendly until I told them my pregnant wife was very sick and we needed to head to Toulouse. I was hoping a gesture of GoodWill would've been offered as we did not stay the length of time. Sadly, they were rude and beligerant."
