"The property felt almost abandoned. No one at reception at any moment of our stay, the housekeeping staff let us in. No restaurant, no help to book airport transfer as advertised on Hotels.com. Nipah beach is lovely, but this hotel is not as advertised."

"We really enjoyed staying here. The hotel staff was very nice and helped us with everything. The surrounding of the hotel was also good with a nice beach and not many tourists. The only bad things is that there a not many restaurants near and sadly it smelled of smoke in our room. Although we would definitely recommend it."

"Very nice place, peaceful, quiet place (looks quite new at the time of writing - May 2015). Room was clean, somebody even cared enough to add descriptions to light switches so you know which switch does what, there was a water dispenser in the living room and a movie available to watch. "Beautiful location on the water. Room were nice size & clean with balconies with ocean views. Rooms with private pool available or use the shared pool. There was no by there when I was there in mid January but it is wet season & likely to rain. Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch & dinner and is very convenient as there is not much around hotel."
