"Great pool and grounds area. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful scenery. Nearby restaurants plus several in the hotel itself. We got picked for an area tour upstairs at the valet desk. Very convenient to the airport too. It was the best part of our vacation."

"The room itself (2 bedroom suite) was lovely. Lots of room, full kitchen, everything you’d need for a multiple night stay for a family of 3-4. A lot of space! A/C was a bit loud when it was on but very nice to have laundry in the unit. Has cable tv which is a rarity nowadays. Rooms were clean… maybe a little outdated. Only real criticism is the amenities. This place sells itself as a “resort” but the pool was filthy (gnats everywhere), the tennis and pickleball courts were laughable and it seemed like the office would try to keep those things closed rather than let guests use them. Pool was closed the first day we were there for absolutely no reason. We stayed two nights because our flight off the island was cancelled due to a tropical storm. It was heavily discounted but I think it should normally be priced as a hotel room, not a resort, cause it doesn’t have a resort sort of experience. I know everything in Hawaii is more expensive but this should be a $200-250 a night place at max. If you’re paying more than that, you’ll be disappointed."

"The home is lovely and modern with absolutely incredible views of the bay, evening sunsets, and colorful sunsets. We are a family of 5 that utilized heavily the well appointed kitchen and made plenty of use of the washer and dryer. The space inside is open, clean, and contemporary. The host added many nice bonuses such as toys, puzzles, and activities for kids in addition to anything and everything you would need for a day at the beach. The property is accessible to anywhere on the island and is centrally located to everything. The short walk to town makes for a nice stroll to dinner, shaved ice for dessert, or some souvenirs shopping. All in all, a great place to stay while visiting the beautiful island of Kauai!"

"Very clean property, in a good location on the island. Very nice pool area. Lots of noise from the highway. The a/c had a timer on it you have to crank every 6 hours. The property had minimal kitchen equipment. No large skillets, no cookie sheets. No hair dryer. No beach equipment at all."

"Awesome location walkable to beach, Sonesta Resort, Dukes, Golf Course and nearby coffee and shops. We rented both A & B which was comfortable for our family group of 9. Property shows some age and is in need of a few small repairs, new screen door but overall great value for the money."
