"The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was awaresome. WiFi in my room 10th floor was not working well. So I ask help from the front desk as I do have a meeting. The manager arrange me to have my meeting in the club lounge with a private room. This arrangement was great and I really appreciated. Definitely will come back again. "

"This airport hotel provides shuttle service from airport to hotel every two hours and we used them both ways. The room is beautifully decorated, modern and really clean. The staff is friendly from valet to receptionist and really helpful. We were given a free dink voucher at the cafe and a chocolate feast. We really enjoyed our last night in Kuala Lumpur before flying off to Sydney the next morning. Ket and James"
