"The owner James communicated incredibly well and gave excellent recommendations and advice. The comprehensive info pack was useful. Jadranka and Voja who live beneath the apartment were lovely. "Julie was very responsive and helpful to us in preparing for our trip to the region. Her apartment was clean and spacious and a fun place to stay. The patio is every bit as beautiful as described. And the location on the bay is perfect. Its away from the congestion of Kotor but still has easy access to the town and sights around the bay. We would be happy to stay again if we return to the area."

"The hosts were lovely. Tamara even brought us a refreshing welcome drink. The location is great, with lovely views of the lake from the terrace. The apartment was super clean and had all the facilities you would expect. It takes about 25 mins to walk to the Old Town, but it is a lovely walk along the lake most of the way with some nice bars and restaurants lining the route. Would particularly recommend Cafe de la Mer. All in all we were very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend."

"The best thing about this property is the location. On a lovely part of the bay, it’s close to restaurants, groceries, and a bakery. The view from the pool area is perfection. However, this condo is on the back side of the property and only has peek-a-boo views from the unit. There is also an odor in the unit - maybe cigarettes, maybe damp. Once I aired the place out, the smell was tolerable. "

"Amazing view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning listening to church bells and birds. The property IS however at the tip top of the hill and stairs (we didnt have a rental car and walked everywhere), but it was worth it! Also, the mattress/bed is quite firm, along with the AC unit not working the best in the main bedroom. Otherwise the property was perfectly situated for for us, and we are happy it was available. Very pleased."

"Good general impression, not far from Kotor in beautiful surroundings of the bay. Clean and decently equipped, en-suite and separate bathroom are useful. Reasonable space in lounge and kitchen areas and long balcony for sunny evenings (though we didn't get too many of them in mid April!) Hire car needed to reach other towns - Kotor is a flat walk of one hour plus, dodging traffic. Be prepared for narrow roads and tricky access. We used parking bay 4/11. Outside apartment block looks a bit tired...

Beautiful stay at Forza Terra
"A lovely stay at Forza Terra. A beautiful hotel on the stunning Kotor Bay. Stunning view from the balcony. Would love to see the hotel get a couple of paddle boards and canoes of their own for guests to use, as with the bicycles. The set up of having a partner on the other side of the bay who they active tell you not to use because of the price or phoning a local block of apartments to see if we can hire there’s seems totally counter intuitive and not really befitting of a 5 star hotel. it’d be an easy problem to solve."
