Maria the hotel manager and her staff were amazing. She has an amazing personal touch to the hotel service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was our first visit into Cyprus and they made us feel very welcome. The rooms were beautiful and spotless and the bar was well stocked. The hotel was very family friendly. My children loved playing in the poolside. A very enjoyable experience. Well done!

the first thing I noted was how clean the room was. it was only for 1 night for my brothers wedding but I was thrilled because the hotel I was staying in for the week was rather shabby and needed a good spring clean. the service for meals was very warm welcome from the staff, the swimming pool was very clean, I slept like a log, my only gripe was if your not up early the water gets cold in the shower and the pool room was rather inadequate,plus the beach was a short car ride away

Great location & great facilities at Palm Beach & oh so close to the beach. Loved our Bungalow & would definitely come back

Good hotel right in centre of town , good breakfast good air con. Only stayed one night didn't use facilities. Shopping area on doorstep with lots of bars and restaurants. I would stay here again

What a charming place, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, asked for an extra pillow and within minutes one appeared. Cleanliness was very good where ever we looked. We normally don't like hotels mainly due to the restrictiveness of a set time breakfast, but at Frixos breakfast was an unrushed, relaxed experience. Had no problems with sunbeds around the pool, there were plenty. There is not a huge choice of food from the pool bar, but it was enough choice, what we had was of a good standard, prices for food and drinks we found to be very reasonable. This is not a hotel with entertainment/live music it was fairly quiet and calm. When we arrived and realise our room was facing the road we were a bit concerned about the traffic noise, but it really was not a problem. Well done to everyone at Frixos, please keep the standard up and we will definitely be back.
