Ideal family (s), quiet in a residential area, pretty modern and fully equipped villa, air-conditioned with an infinity salt pool, private and secure in a 1000m2 garden between Biot and Valbonne, 30 minutes from Nice airport and 15 minutes from the beaches.  
The 4 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms, are large and comfortable, allowing extra beds to be added.  
The newly renovated swimming pool is maintained, controlled by a pool specialist, allowing swimming without health risks.  
Housing Large open living room, with L-shaped sofa convertible for two people, with TV and Blue Ray player, equipped with fiber internet.  
The comfortable kitchen (microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, large freezer, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle) allows you to cook like at home.  
The terrace overhanging the swimming pool, is equipped for the taking of meals outside. A plancha is available.  
A laundry area with water point and washing machine and dryer) adjoins the closed garage (possibility of free parking for several cars outside).  
  
Biot is a picturesque village with as many cultural attractions (museums, exhibitions, events, etc.) as it is sports.  
An ideal place for sports and hiking (world tennis academy (MOURATOGLOU)), many golf courses, NAUTIPOLIS aquatic center, horse riding, many marked hiking trails ...
