The terrace invites you to contemplate a panoramic view of the Nice hills, the Mercantour massif and the Var valley. Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' beautiful Nice house located 0.9 km from the village center of Colomars. Enclosed property with secure and private parking. Free supervised municipal swimming pool located 1km from the Gîte open in July/August from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
