Had a really good stay at this clean and comfortable hotel with superb location only 5mins from the beach. Staff were lovely and breakfast delicious. Only minus points were that there were some roadworks or construction going on nearby which made it a little noisy.

A great nights sleep
What a lovely haven, 5 mins walk from the front. A charming old building, great service and breakfast. Had a lovely drink in the bar area.

Hotel is in a great location- close to the tram stop and central Nice. Beach, bars and restaurants close by. Bright and pleasant room and comfortable bed. The only disappointment was that the hotel advertised a ‘bar and snacks ‘ . On arrival we were a little peckish so asked for the snack menu at reception to be told that they didn’t do snacks! Disappointing!

We didn’t speak any French and the staff was very helpful assisting us with booking the next day tour we wanted to take to nearby areas. Clean and elegantly decorated hotel.

Smell awful. Rooms tiny. Parking garage is a joke and not even in the same building. If you park in there make sure to ask for a show horn. Great if you like to play Tetris. Breakfast was abysmal and overpriced. Avoid if possible.

I am not sure if it is a room upgrade but am given a 3 bed room. Its a large room but not very spacious after 3 beds. The floor of the main bed is slightly elevated and empty below so quite noisy by just walking. The hotel is practical but not a very vacation kind.

The room for 2 individuals was very large and staff were very helpful. For the price i expected the room to be cleaner, corners of floor dusty, bathroom tile grout needed cleaning and the fan in bathroom was under powered. Bedding was only ok. Needed more table surfaces that wasn't in a corner. Expected better roo. Arrangements for the price.

Great place to spend a vacation
Loved our 10 day stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had so many options, and was the perfect way to start the day. The location is excellent ~easy walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais, old town, and the train station. Especially loved the orange and lemon trees in the courtyard!

Wonderful hotel just minutes from the Promenade des Anglais! I had a very pleasant week long stay here. The staff is very welcoming, the complimentary breakfast had many options, and the room had a good amount of amenities for its size. I also found the small courtyard out front to be a great spot to relax and get away from the busyness of Nice. The only issue I faced during my stay were problems with the A/C which were thankfully quickly taken care of. However, it was inconvenient at times.

The hotel is in a great location, with a lovely garden area and a really helpful, pleasant staff. Although all areas are exceptionally clean and modern, the rooms could use some updating. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Overall, our stay here was very good.

very very weird parking situation!
The parking at this hotel is very weird. When we booked our reservation, we didn't get any notice on the parking, so we thought they were plenty. When we checked in at 11pm, there was no parking and the front desk told me it is my responsibility to find a parking for that night but I can pay for the next day. Thank god there was a kind person who worked at the hotel's bar, overheard our conversation and kindly offered us his own parking spot and helped us, don't know his name but THANK YOU!. The parking for the next day has its own story. The parking was in another building. The hotel had only 4 spots in that building (no wonder they were gone at the first day) and you have to park your car in a box and lock it. very odd! I think these spots should be valet parkings because they were narrow and you have to follow so many steps to get into that box! then there was no elevator or path for us to get back to our spot we actually used our flashlight to get into the building (the motion detectors were only sensitive to cars not humans) and used the drive way. It was very very weird and unpleasant

Nice hotel, nice staff, great breakfast. However, we didn't sleep very well. The side street was very noisy and we could hear everything in the room. Avoid the rooms facing rue Meyerbeer.
