Nice location to everything. We had a issue with the air conditioner leaking onto the floor. The staff was very accommodating and tried to get it resolved but were not able to in a timely fashion. We were offered another junior suite an a different floor.

Great property with really modern and clean facilities, very spacious rooms with excellent shower facilities. Roof top pool is perfect with nice views of the city and mountains. Quite a far walk to the beach and town but easily accessible by trams right outside the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially after we had checked out.

There were multiple mistakes on part of the house keeping staff, first night we had the wrong room, second night they tried to correct it but have us the wrong bed. The manager comped us breakfast but forgot to inform the staff so then they charged us for breakfast anyway.

Great hotel

Really enjoyed it. Only thing I would say is that beautiful roof top bar should be opened later. 10pm is too early

Excellent stay yet again and was upgraded to s suite with jacuzzi! Pool area is great too and staff helpful and friendly!

Worst hotel

It was the worst hotel. We arrived later after being stranded at the station in vantimiglia. We requested a shower and the guy at reception confirmed that they have a shower room when we got to our room their was a bathtub shower combo. When we went downstairs he says sorry we don’t have call at reception tomorrow. Further we paid for our hotel and they charged us again. It was the worst experience

The room seemed unfinished. The wooden floor was very rough underfoot and not varnished. There were no slippers provided, and the towels were not very good quality. The staff were polite but not very welcoming. It did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was fine.

Dear Guest, we are very dissapointed to learn many things were not to your liking. We are renovating the rooms to get a better comfort for the guests. You booked a Standard room, and we only provide slippes for the superior rooms wich it's understandable because they pay a higher price. The staff is always at the disposal trying to help all our guests. We hope to see you again and so you can see our improvements. Regards
