Villa Cedra is an amazing 5 bedrooms modern villa located in a peaceful area at less than 10 minutes by car from the Port of Nice or Villefranche sur mer sand beach. This contemporary villa offers an entrance, a large living room with dining area , a full equipped open kitchen. On the same floor, you will have a first double sofa bed bedroom with its ensuite shower room. On upper floor you will have a second bedroom with king size bed and its ensuite shower room, a double bed bedroom, two bedrooms with single bed each and a last bathroom. In total the house offers 3 toilets and can welcome up to 8 people. The entire villa offers air conditioning in every room and private outdoor parking space. You will love its private pool and all outdoors areas. Shops and Nice city center are at 15 minutes away by car. Perfect for a holiday rental in Nice.
