Villa Lila is a beautiful 4 beds villa located in a peaceful environment at less than 30 minutes by car from Nice and the beach. The villa offers a wonderful flowered garden with a private pool and its pool house kitchen and barbecue. You will love having your dinner from the outdoor kitchen. The property offers on ground floor a full equipped kitchen with dining room, a large living room. On the same floor you will have the first double bed bedroom with ac and its ensuite shower room with toilet. On the first and last floor you will have a second double bed bedroom with ac, a third double bed bedroom with private terrace, a second bathroom with shower and toilet and a last master bed bedroom with king size bed , ac and bathroom with bath and shower. In total the villa can welcome 8 people and offers 4 toilets..  
The villa offers a beautiful view over the hills and you will be delighted by the quietness of the location. All shops and restaurants are at 5 minutes away by car. Perfect for holiday rental in surrounding of Nice
