This air-conditioned loft-style apartment, luxurious and spacious, is ideal for exploring Nice and the French Riviera, with all the comfort expected for this quality of accommodation. Located in a recent high-end building, incomparable for enjoying the best that Nice has to offer. FLOOR/BUILDING This rental apartment is on the 5th floor of a recently built building in the heart of the old town with an elevator that can accommodate six people and is spacious enough for a stroller. DISTRICT A few steps from Place Garibaldi, this apartment is about ten minutes walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. When leaving your residence, you will directly access the old town, from the stop of two tram lines. The station is also only fifteen minutes walk away. Therefore, this rental apartment is perfect, in the heart of everything Nice has to offer. STAY This bright room benefits from a bay window overlooking the terrace. The large living room is furnished to a high level of comfort, including a three-seater sofa and an armchair, a coffee table. With a workshop glass roof spirit, a multitude of lamps, in an ultra-contemporary decoration. A television, a high-speed connection and a wide range of international channels complete its comfort. TERRACE The large terrace is so well furnished that you will decide to spend most of your time there. The large living room will welcome you to have your aperitifs and meals, while being able to lie on the sunbeds. The large barbecue will receive your market feasts from the Cours Saleya. The large table can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. As night falls, a subtle play of lights will carry you towards the end of the evening. COOKING The American kitchen is so well equipped with built-in oven, fridge/freezer, 4 cooking plates and extractor hood that the return from the market will be a real pleasure. A rectangular glass table with 4 places for four - although we think that most light meals will probably be eaten on the terrace. BEDROOM Like the rest of the apartment, the bedroom has been decorated with care and attention. You will appreciate your sleep in a very comfortable double bed and its two bedside tables with their lamp to dive into your reading. A large double wardrobe, entirely mirrored, will offer you ample storage space for your wardrobe for your night outings. The bedroom is also furnished with taste for its furniture, including its armchair. There is enough space for a baby bed that you can order from us upon your arrival. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district. A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station. A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station. Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2\. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card. The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station. I chose to arrive by train The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice. A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station. A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station. Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card. Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver. I chose to arrive by car There is always a public car park near your place of residence.
