Dear Mr. Todd, Thank you very much for leaving a comment in a hotel you have even not stayed in. When you arrive, we show you your room which one you did not like (understandable, each person has it is point of view and all rooms look different). Then we have showed you several rooms but you did not like it too. It is funny to read that you can judge a room you stayed in only 1 minute and besides a bed you have not sit or sleep in ?! Please let me advise you not to judge too quickly as the swedish beds are probably the best beds you would have never slept in but you will never know, only our real guests are able to make a true feedback ;) Indeed, the reception is open from 7am to 11.30pm but it does not mean that there is nobody on site during night time. We have a guardian on site during the night in case of emergency but you have forgot to mention it once again. Thank you for mentionning the arrival at the hotel. Indeed, the hotel is built on a rempart with no access for the car. If you have checked our website and your pre arrival mails, you would have seen that we advise to park in the different car parks and then we come to pick you up. We do apologize once again that the hotel was not enought good for you but we would have prefered you stay in to really judge. Best regards,
