It has its own entrance with private garden and a full access to the swimming pool and parking of the bed and breakfast. Perfectly located by the Loup River for nature lovers and only 2mn drive from the supermarket. Entirely renovated in 2020, the 430 sq/ft 1-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It has A/C units, internet access and TV Cable. The bedroom has a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with Italian shower and towel warmer. The living area is very bright with huge windows overlooking the private garden. It has a convertible full-size sofa with coffee table and a dining table. Had trouble finding it initially because GOS directed up to make a one turn too late, but after we knew it was no trouble. Location is great! Walking distance to local center full of restaurants, even a live band on the day we arrived. Short drive to the best backers ever! (Le Lys D’Or) and super convenient for day trips to Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Èze, Turbie, etc. Wish we had more time! Highly recommend. The owners are very nice and welcoming. There was plenty of privacy. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was fantastic. Access to the French Riviera and Provence was easy. It was a very enjoyable stay. One difficulty, which was minor, was that the owner spoke little English and we spoke little French. Initially finding the location was also a bit challenging using the address and google maps.
