 Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment includes: a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room open to the dining room and a nice balcony offering a beautiful view and which will be very appreciated in summer. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking / Garage, Wifi, Television, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Elevator, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Work space, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron.  
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.  
  
You will be very well served by public transportation to stroll around the city and its surroundings. For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket at 8 min from the apartment.   
  
The apartment is ideally located near the Paul Scoffier garden, 15 min from the Nice Carras port and close to the beach.  
During your stay, don't miss to visit : Asian Arts Museum, Phoenix Park 5 min drive, Nice Fine Arts Museum 12 min, Olivier Millénaire du Parc Estienne D'orves (historical site) 17 min, Piste Cyclable Préfecture / Parc Naturel Des Rives Du Var 9 min, Promenade de saint Laurent du var, Promenade des Anglais 12 min, Basilique Notre-Dame de l'Assomption 15 min as well as several beaches that will allow you to enjoy the summer and many more.

 Between the olive tree and the vineyards are the districts of Caucade, Fabron and Archet which are located in the western part of the city of Nice. Starting from the seaside, they continue up the hill via the Fabron avenue. Composed mainly of exceptional villas and modern residences, you will also find all types of local shops accessible both on foot and by car from the top of the hills. These neighborhoods are ideally located, and you will be only 15 minutes from downtown Nice, 15 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes from Monaco! An immersion between land and sea guaranteed!
