We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and found the hotel, services and staff to be excellent. It is particularly well located for the promenade des anglais.
The only drawback was the lack of full restaurant facilities- there was a pop up restaurant in the hotel lobby but the menu was very limited. The breakfasts were however excellent.

Rooms were more than often not made by 6pm. When asked, we were told this is common practice. Twice the rooms that were made missed towels or proper cleaning.
Nice hotel with Marriot quality. Might not have the charm of the French Riviera architecture but it offers high quality location, installation and breakfast.
Great location. Gym is small and pool is kind of awkward to use as it’s right in the restaurant location.

They took instead of replacing toilet paper from my room multiple times. Only left 2 towels in a room for four people. Very dark interior. Shower temperature went up and down multiple times per minute. Good not served all day
The hotel and staff were really nice and accommodating! Rooms were comfortable and clean, and staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay.
Just a couple of things to mention is that the roof top is very busy with chairs and tables everywhere making it not so relaxing. The pool was very small! And one thing we were really disappointing about was the charge for WIFI! Location was okay as it is a minutes walk from the beach, however it is quite far away from the city center and night life Overall we had a great stay lo

Lovely hotel very close to the beach. The rooftop swimming pools was fantastic. The food on the roof top was delicious, a mix of tapas and light snacks throughout the day. The hotel staff were brilliant, attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Would not recommend. The room was tiny had no draws to put clothes in. Had small closet with some hangers. Had to pile clothes up on bench under tv. Which made room look messy at all times. We could glance in other rooms when they were being cleaned and saw the same issue with every one else. Don’t know what they were thinking when they designed the rooms. . Dangerous bathroom glass shower door and glass door. Looked pretty but you couldn’t leave the bathroom door open because the entry door would crash into it! Scary. Bathroom had a box of tissues a shoe mitt and a tiny paper cup for brushing teeth. No counter space. 4 out of the 6 nights we were there our room was not cleaned when we had gotten back from a long day of sight seeing. The lobby doors were broken and a few times we had to bang on the doors to get into the hotel. I’ve traveled to many places and never had that happen. The last night the ac went out on our floor. Thankfully they had rooms for us to sleep on our last night. The front desk were friendly and helpful. The issues were not there fault. I had 2 rooms and spent 500$ a night for each room. We felt like we were in a motel. Definitely not worth the money we paid!

Closet was small. Not much room for folded clothes. No drawers.
Main problem is that the shower temperature change from hot to cold (extreme) without touching the shower controls.
Breakfast was good. Pool on the roof was great. So was the restaurant up there with the pool.
Great Hotel! Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We traveled with kids and this was the best hotel we staying in during our trip to France. Pool is great with amazing views of the riviera.

Awful check in, terrible service.
Roof top restaurant staff (all) need to be chased to order anything and then chased to pay the bill
Priority given to any birthday or wedding event on roof top - not hotel guests. 80% of Roof top bar/restaurant area shut off for private event the evening we wanted dinner

Excellent location. lovely rooftop and pool, good food and clean rooms. However, service could be better on rooftop, staff a bit slow and not forthcoming at times. Also, although buffet breakfast is good it could have more on offer. It wouldn’t stop me staying again though! The location and rooftop are excellent.

Very convenient location. Staff very nice, although they didn't seem to be very familiar with the hours of the rooftop restaurant. Our air conditioning did not work for several days, and we finally got them to switch our room. They did give us a 20% discount and comped one of our meals.

Didn’t tell us you had to put key by entrance to door to turn on lights,
No hot tub on property.
No information by phone on who to call for services or front desk.
Low battery in TV remote, which caused the tv to go on every 15 minutes after you turned it off. Found owner manual on line for fix, after a hour of trying to go to bed .
Wall mounted with plug in behind TV so could not unplug and to tired to go down to front desk to get help.
