What a gem!
Renee has made this tiny house into a very comfortable place to stay. She really thinks of everything. I hope to be able to stay here on all of my travels to the area.

Tina's Tiny Home
I love staying here and it great for those who are coming back to their old hometowns for a visit. The house was just the right size for me and was neat and clean when I got there. I had no issues getting in touch with the owner when I needed something. The only thing that may cause some issues with some customers would be the train that goes by bit to be honest, I never noticed it and it never woke me up at night. I would definitely look into renting out this home again in the future when I head back to my hometown again.

Tiny but comfy and convenient!
I've never understood the tiny house movement. After staying here, I'm convinced it'd be a terrible way to live. But, it's perfect for transient lodging. What's uncomfortably small for a dwelling, makes for a spacious hotel room. Renee is a fantastic host. She's set up the property for maximum comfort and efficiency. She even has a laminated printout with detailed information on the amenities as well as stickers and labels so you can find things quickly and easily. Something prospective lodgers should be aware of: there's no internet access at the house. There is a access point for Xfinity customers, but the signal is fairly weak in the house - I couldn't get a solid connection for streaming, but the connection would be good enough for simple email etc. Verizon has a strong signal there though, and I had no trouble using a hot spot. This will be my preferred stay next time in the area!

There's More Than Meets The Eye
There has been a lot of thought put into this Tiny Home and the details made this stay for us feel like we were at home. It was tiny but the space was utilized very well which gave us plenty of room to move about. This is also a small town as well so it was quiet and not much going on. There was a very nice convenience store. The communication with the owner was A+ and we love that about staying in places other than hotels. We highly recommend this tiny home if you are in the area and need a small yet perfect place to stay! When we visit again, we hope that it is still available.
