The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk. The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me.

Bed sheets seemed clean but the blanket was definitely used and not washed for months/years. Shower curtain was dirty, bathtub was scrubbed clean but it probably needed to be bleached to get the stains out. Asked front desk for late checkout (at least an hour) but he refused. Definitely not a busy day, but he was not even apologetic. I guess we didn't have a choice and took the only place available. On that note, I am happy that we had a place at all at the last minute.

Very quiet location. Bowling alley 3 min away, the falls 15 min away, a lot of food options close by. Pool was nice, as pictured without the filter. Would come back again for the price we got.

A Poor Quality Place to Stay
The room was of very poor quality. The door was shabby, banged up, and wouldn’t even close properly without putting your shoulder into it. The entire bathroom sink would shift and pull from the wall when you pulled the water handle. The base of the small sink wasn’t attached properly either, both top and bottom were flimsy and felt like they would collapse at any minute. The toilet flush handle would also flip around when pressed and seemed as if about to fall out. The bed caved in at the upper torso area, likely from excessive use, so it was difficult to sleep with my chest/back angled downwards. Flipping the mattress or a new mattress would remedy this. In summary, the room was borderline functional, at best. On the upside, management was polite, and the area was quiet.

Average location close to falls. With lot of shopping around the property. But the property manager was very blunt. Asked for early check in to keep just few luggage, asked for $50 more for an hour or two. Finally gave an hour early at 2pm. No senior respect.

Falls visit
Hotel is a little bit dated, however our room was clean no issues with bathroom. microwave was dated, and mini fridge made a bit of noise. Nothing crazy that would prevent sleep. Bed was comfortable for me- lots of places to eat near the hotel - about 15 mins to Niagara state park (falls). Pool was clean, didn't get in to cold weather wise. Did have chairs to sit outside and is gated around pool There are no quiet hours so be aware of that. Only real issue I had was wifi signal kept cutting off, or after a certain hour seemed to be off or just heavy traffic. This is a no frills motel - but I was comfortable with myself and my disabled son staying there. It's not the Ritz but you can stay here and be alright. Parking lot was well lit and can see all doors from lot for rooms on the front side. I know this is long but I hate when ppl don't tell you anything in a review, besides poor or good All one level, one thing the walls are pretty thin, typical hotel. To come to use pool but was clean, gated, and had chairs to sit.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms with cable TV. Easy to find and parking right in front of the room. Breakfast was OK with sausages, boiled eggs, toast, muffins and cereal, tea & coffee, juice, but there is no seating for breakfast so we had to bring everything to our rooms. There were no trays however, which means that if you have kids and need to carry their food for them (including balancing bowls with cereal and milk) you have to go back and forth several times (in our case, through the rain).

Old-style motel; the picture of the pool does not represent property although the pool in the photo is indeed in the middle of the u-shaped room configuration. Very friendly and helpful front desk person. The room and bathroom are very small. Seems clean but somewhat old. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom ceiling fan was very noisy. In spite of all this, we did sleep well!
