The front desk was lovely and so welcoming. The entire process was incredibly easy and the room was clean accessible. They even included a treat for my pup which was such a cute surprise!

Needs to replace Canadian Flag as it’s tarred off. National Flag is big respect of country. Supposed to be in good condition all the time. Someone has to pay attention on it. Rest everything was ok.

We booked a king room and we were given the keys and went to the room and it was open with the lights on. we called the front desk and were told that the room had been missed by the cleaning crew. this was at 9:30 pm! we were then given a room with two queen beds and were told that we not be charged for either room. I hope Expedia was notified of this.

When we arrived at the hotel their computer was down and our key didn’t work to get in our room. As a gold member we didn’t get the upgrade which we should have gotten as I could see online rooms were still available. There was also a couple dead flies in our room, which was weird. Other than that, things are alright.

Hotel is in a great location. Restaurant staff at both breakfast and dinner were extremely slow and unmotivated. It was easier to get my own tea/coffee at the self service than wait on the staff to bring it. Hotel staff was rude about my service animal, and made it difficult when it really shouldn’t be. Especially when there were children running around the restaurant, lobby, and down the halls until 11pm but my service animal that is quiet and doesn’t deserve others is the problem.
