The fitted bed sheet was on inside out and wasnt even properly on the bed. Like it was just thrown on in a hurry. There was hair on our shower wall. Not like a strand here and there. Like a glob of hair stuck to the wall. The hotel provides little bottles of shamoo, conditioner, lotion and a face bar. There needs to be a bottle of body wash and HAND SOAP!!!!! Hand soap should always be available in every hotel room. This is the first hotel I have stayed in that didnt have soap at the sink so I can wash my hands. Its an older hotel, I can tell. I could hear the people in the room next to us. Really wasnt a big deal though. The rail in the walk-in shower was broke and not properly fixed. You shouldnt be able to tell that it was broke at one point. My husband can do a better job at fixing that. Some tiles were cracked throughout the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was broke. The coffee is absolutely terrible. The channel list that we were given at the front desk was not the right at all. There was marker marks on our hotel room wall. Like it was never cleaned. Ice machines didnt work!!! We got ice from the bar. Overall the staff was kind. The outside of the hotel was ok looking. The snacks and drinks in the snack area in the lobby are way to high priced. I feel like they could put some cold sandwhiches in the cooler too. I seen 3 families check in looking for food only to be told, Sorry kitchen closes @ 10. Wont be staying there again.

Very cozy hotel just a quick 10 minute drive to the falls. Very quiet street which is nice at night for a good nights rest. Came here for the eclipse and loved the little gift bags the hotel was handing out in celebration of the eclipse. Overall a lovely hotel I would certainly recommend.

At check-in, I was told I still owed over $200 even though I had prepaid for my room. He could not tell me what the charge was for. I refused to pay it. And you have to pay $10/night to park in their parking lot. That seems dumb to me. Anyway the staff was not friendly. Our room was spacious but it was not clean. It smelled of smoke even though it's supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. When water got on the bathroom floor, we wiped it up with towels and the towels were BLACK. I had my service dog with me that I registered when I checked in. Upon checking out, they had charged a pet fee. No attention to detail or cleanliness. Only worried about collecting your money in any and every fee they can dream up. Location is away from everything you will want to see so you'll have to pay for more parking when you drive to your tour or destination. My advice: AVOID this hotel and find a place closer to Niagara Falls. You will be much happier. I WILL NOT stay here again.

When checking out the desk person didn't seem to know what she was doing. She could not give me a receipt for the rooms and could only give me two $10 receipts for the car. Since we had two rooms she assumed two cars, but there was only one car (7 seat Chrysler). Otherwise I would stay at the hotel again.

Sorry for any confusion that occurred while checking out. Our systems are programed to not print receipts for any room a d tex paid directly to the 3rd party website. This is why only the parking fee showed.

My apologies about the pool. Being one of largest hotel pools in the area, it generates heavy traffic. While maintenance completez daily cleaning and chemical tests, high volume can become noticeable.

Loved the view of the river. Friendly staff. Easy access to shopping and food and to attractions. Only thing that could’ve been better was the beds. One was very lumpy and uncomfortable the other was better. But will definitely be back to stay again.

I asked the staff to clean my room around 10am and she said it was not enough notice for that day. The room was never cleaned and we didn't even have cleaned towels. The restaurant was very limited and drinks were horrible. Never staying there again.

Sorry for any confusion about housekeeping policies. Policy signs are posted at the front desk where guest check in noting daily housekeeping is on request the night before. I am sharing /reviewing with members of our team the importance of also verbally communicating and to see what may have occurred to prevent new towels from being given or sent to your room as this is always available especially when not receiving daily in room housekeeping during your stay. The beds are really uncomfortable, the bathrooms are super small i would say around 4ft by 4ft. the charging ports on the headboard did not charge my phone so i woke up to a half dead phone. The staff is super nice and the view was really good but the amenities leave a lot of room to make up for unfortunately.

Thank you for sharing about your stay. I would like to share additional details about our guest rooms that maybe of assistance when booking future stays. The hotel offers both standard and suite rooms. While our standard rooms have a guest bathroom with the sink in the bedroom area to help allow multiple guests to be reading at same time, our suite jacuzzi rooms offer a larger walk in bathroom. This room includes a standard up shower separate from the jacuzzi tub and large sink area. If the larger bathroom is more relaxing to your stay, I would suggest trying our suite room on your next stay.

Came here a few years ago and had an amazing experience. I’m not sure what happened between then and now, but I’m extremely disappointed. We found hair all over the shower wall. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned before we showed up. Just very disappointed. Will not be staying here again.

I tried to contact this facility. Then got in contact with expedia. They could not contact. I needed to refund or move the date of my hotel booking. No help at all. The management of this establishment is clearly short sighted. Seemingly understaffed as well.

I did not like that their was a charge for parking when you are paying and staying as a guest, no breakfast, no microwave in the room ( there was a charge if you wanted one in your room. The TV channels were basic and no good movie channels. The bar was not showing the football game, had to go somewhere else for the game. I will never recommend this hotel.

Only our suites come with a microwave. The hotel does offer a public microwave in the lobby area for any one in a standard suite looking for use of a microwave at no additional cost. As noted in the hotel details, parking is available for 10 a day.

Overall it was a great experience and we would stay again. Amber at the restaurant was such a delight and the room was super spacious and comfy. The food was good and the room was clean. There were a few minor issues: 1. Our check in was delayed because our room wasn’t ready. Not a huge deal. 2. The resort claims to be pet friendly and they allow pets. This is true. They do. However there are no pet waste stations or exterior trash cans. Additionally there is no where marked as a pet relief area and staff just say around the path. 3. The pool claims to be heated and it probably is but it’s not warm enough to justify swimming in winter. 4. Not really an issue but rather a warning for future guests, there is goose poop on all the exterior sidewalks. Just do your best to avoid it. As I stated, we would visit again. It was nice and a good value.

Transparency is key
It would be nice to be advised about being charged 10.00 a day to park you vehicle at the hotel or the amount for the security deposit, personally I prefer a company to be upfront and transparent

A Series of Unfortunate Event's
The staff were extremely rude and ghetto. The place was very dirty and outdated. The bed i slept in was broken, the floors were dirty, the curtains hooks weren’t even hooked on correctly. The pool was very dirty with dirty towels and maybe two available clean towels. The market section was half empty and unattended. The view from my room was very nice though :)
