PROS: The hotel was conveniently connected to Fallsview Casino via an overpass walkway. Which is great if you are not deessed for the weather outside. There are many dining spots in the area of various price points. Main tourist attractions are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. CONS: Room amenities are limited (i.e. vanity accessories like toothpaste/toothbrush, shower cap, lotion) or does not come with the room bathrobe/slippers. Bed was Queen-size but advertised as King-size. Late check-out can be accommodated if avaliable. However, there is a fee of $40 for 2PM, or $80 for 4PM. They offer discount coupons for surrounding dining locations and attraction (FunZone).

Not a fan of having to pay for parking at a hotel that I am already staying at. Other than that it was a good property and I would go again

the pass keys given initially did not work, we had to get a maid to let us in,the jacuzzi in our room did not work, the fridge was not plugged in there were no instructions as to how to use the nespresso coffee machine

Plugs didnt work. Staff were banging on my door at 9pm while my daughter is trying to sleep. Towels were stained and bathroom was not cleaned. Parking was outrageous. Didn't even tell me online that i would be charged. No room service available.

Had a pleasant experience with the family. Everything is accessible,great location, nice view of the falls from our room. Easy check-in and check-out and staff are pleasant. We would stay again next time.

We LOVED this hotel. The best part was that we were upgraded to a room with a view of the falls. That certainly was a WOW moment when we walked into it! Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet and dark with the blackout shades. We slept well. The falls are just a short walk away with so much to see and do. The hotel has great places to eat, but we just grabbed coffee and muffins from the Starbucks right in the hotel in the morning and headed to the falls and ate there. (Table Rock House Restaurant and Skylon Tower were perfect.)We used the hotel hot tub in the evening before going to bed. Very relaxing! I thought it would be crowded, but we were the only ones there. We had a late flight the day we left, and the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage with them during the day so we could go do activities. We accidentally left an expensive set of headphones in the lobby when we left. No worries! They mailed them to us. Everyone working in this hotel is so helpful. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

The lady at the front desk was extremely discourteous, informed us after checking in parking would be 70 dollars (they change the rate as the parking lot fills up, which they do not disclose to you) there was hair and dirt in our shower. I took several pictures

We kept getting locked in our room and maintenance had to come get us out with the computer system everytime and it took forever. We were not credited back for a nights stay or anything. Non of the vending machines worked in the hotel, staff was not overly friendly or accommodating, I would not recommend this hotel.

There was a strong smell in the room and we had to change hotels as they would not give us another room. The smell was like bleach type smell. Made us vomit and they did not accommodate us so we had to pay for another room at a different hotel at 11 pm

Where should I begin, I have stayed in many hotels in my life even Niagara Falls itself I have stayed in almost all the hotels around. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with hotels. Start with parking. I spent a hour and half in line before even the checkin. Just to get in front for them to tell you to go park across the street and it will cost $75 at night. Then we had to cross the street under a heavy rain. The room we booked it’s not available. The room they gave us nothing works include hot water. Couldn’t take shower after a long day of waiting on the lobby. And at the end just to be charged fees that you weren’t even aware of and to make this worse we got scammed at their ihop

Nice and clean hotel. Very convinient with shopping, restaurants and the nice casino. Only downside is they announce the hotel with parking “available”… when you arrive turns out parking is available but not included in price. You have to pay extra for parking and is across the street.
