Smart Guesthouse was a great place to stay on our visit to Rome. Conveniently located near train station and Metro. Decent walking distance to many landmarks. Room was clean and perfect for my daughter and I. Host was super helpful and accommodating.

Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.

We had an great time at this property. Amazing nightlight outside and short walk to the Vatican and hop on and off tours. The host was very helpful and assisted us in a taxi transfer at 3am with less than 12hours notice!!! Definitely recommend this location.

スタッフは英語を使わないためコミュニケーションにGoogle翻訳が必須ですが、宿泊者の希望に応えようという姿勢が常にどのスタッフからも感じられました。部 屋は様々なタイプがありますが、今回宿泊して部屋はドアを開けると直ぐにバスタブがあり、シャワーは全然違う場所にあるという不思議な構造で使いにくいと感じました。洗面台のライトも最新のタッチセンサー式でしたが壊れていて点灯しませんでした。プール、露天風呂は清潔でリゾートホテルとして魅力的だと感じました。クレジットカードを利用できないので注意が必要です。
