False advertising from shady lister
Don't believe the pictures. Aside from the ariel shot from the outside, the house looks nothing like the photos. This is false advertising from a shady owner. If you have any issues, Homeway has said that they are not responsible and will leave you to deal with the owner. The house is filthy and dilapidated. The paint is chipping off the walls and windows. Cockroaches everywhere. The mattresses were dirty and on the floor. Bedding was also questionable. The showers and toilets were dirtier than a music festival porta potty. No soap in any of the bathrooms even after I confirmed with the owner same day that he will provide them (we could've brought our own if he said no). We had to find last minute alternatives for a large group because the house was simply not fit for people to stay in. The owner is shady. When we asked for a refund, he spun a story about how the house being listed for a dying person and accused my group of being cold hearted in asking for a refund. He said he will call us back with a decision in a day, and a week has gone by without any news from him. When I tried to call, he had another lady answer the phone and she was extremely rude. We basically lost $2600+. Do not book this place.

Don’t stay here
The pictures were not an accurate representation of the state of the accommodation, which was largely dilapidated and unkept. We expected the lamps to have bulbs, the bathrooms to have soap, and the beds to have top sheets. The lack of lights in combination with the steep and uneven entrance was unsafe and led to a fall. VRBO should not offer this property.
