The accommodations were centrally located, charming and exactly what we needed. The space provided room for everyone to awaken at their own pace - appreciated. Clean, gorgeous view, well-appointed. We could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go…shopping, coffee, food, sightseeing. Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building. ##### Linda M. The apartment/condo is bright, airy and well stocked. Owners gave clear directions up front including check in, parking, and check out. Directions were so complete that we didn’t have any reason to communicate with them again, leaving us free to enjoy a very special weekend. I would definitely recommend this unit and would rent again in a heartbeat. Oh, and the views… priceless. ##### Wendy G. Steps away from everything. Comes with 2 parking spaces which is fantastic. Plenty of room. Beautiful well appointed kitchen. Balcony with an amazing view. Spent a lot of time out there. We had a couple minor issues that we tried to address with owner but he was away overseas on business. He did eventually get back to us and was very apologetic. Property was very clean. Owner surprised us with wine and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. 3 bathrooms made it ver comfortable for everyone to get ready for the family wedding we were attending. A/C was super cold! We enjoyed looking out at the boats from the balcony as well as people watching down below on the street. Parking spaces for 2 cars under the condo building, a bit tight but manageable and much needed for this area. The place was clean, tastefully, decorated, and had beautiful views of the harbor. The host was responsive and was even kind enough to have wine and snacks waiting for us upon arrival.Although there was some street noise from the Thames street nightlife, there were a number of fans and white noise machines available throughout the condo, which made the noise a non-issue. Overall, would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a place to stay in Newport that is right in the middle of all the action. ##### Natalie S. Condo pictures are just as listed and the location is central to all the shops. Park your car and go. Beautiful views from the kitchen to the balcony. Parking under the building is priceless! This condo is the perfect location to walk to just about everything in Newport. 7 adults fit pretty comfortably here and it was especially nice to have the extra 1/2 bath since were sharing 2 showers. Really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching all the goings on below. My only complaint was that the laundry was not complete at our arrival and the cleaning staff had put RUGS sheets and towels in the same load which kinda grossed me out. That being said we would definitely rent this one again and give it a 4 star ⭐️ rating. ##### Kim K.
