This condo is the perfect location to walk to just about everything in Newport. 7 adults fit pretty comfortably here and it was especially nice to have the extra 1/2 bath since were sharing 2 showers. Really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching all the goings on below. My only complaint was that the laundry was not complete at our arrival and the cleaning staff had put RUGS sheets and towels in the same load which kinda grossed me out. That being said we would definitely rent this one again and give it a 4 star ⭐️ rating. ##### Kim K. Steps away from everything. Comes with 2 parking spaces which is fantastic. Plenty of room. Beautiful well appointed kitchen. Balcony with an amazing view. Spent a lot of time out there. We had a couple minor issues that we tried to address with owner but he was away overseas on business. He did eventually get back to us and was very apologetic.
