"We loved it!! The staff was so nice to us and to our dog!! Beautiful historic atmosphere. I was a little surprised there was no fridge, so just check on that if you’ll need one, but we got by fine putting things on ice! Great room service too. Delicious food!! "

"We have stayed at a lot of properties in Newport, but I would rate the chandlers staff as by far the best. We chose to stay on property most of the time and enjoyed getting to know Ray, Paige, Kevin, Julia, our waiter from both nights and the night lady who took over from Paige. They all went out of their way to make us comfortable and took great care of us during our time. "
