This newly renovated luxury second floor unit is located in Historic Washington Square right off of Broadway and minutes from the beautiful downtown waterfront. The open floor plan creates a perfect setting for you and your guests to gather! Beautiful windows and doors open right onto Broadway that offer great views of the neighborhood. The living room sits 8 comfortably, offering central AC/Heat and flat screen tv and is adjacent to a fully updated kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware. You will also have access to an in unit IPad where you will find all property information, Newport news, and things TO DO around town. One of two sofas pulls out to a queen size bed, offering additional sleeping for up to two guests.

All bedrooms, each with en suite baths, have queen size beds, flat screen TV’s, full dressers, and ample closet space. Each bedroom also has controllable heat and AC to provide personal comfort from the rest of the unit. Guests are provided with bed and bath linens, iron, and hair dryers. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use.

We provide all the comforts of home!

Please note this is a second floor walk up, no elevator access.

Main entrance to the property is located on the backside of the building on small throughway street.

Please note we have a two night minimum and prefer to rent Friday & Saturday nights together. If you are looking for a Thursday & Friday OR Saturday & Sunday please message us for accurate pricing. Holiday weekends have a three night minimum. If you are looking to stay longer over a holiday weekend and are having trouble booking please message us. Feel free to reach out regarding off season pricing or long term stays. Lastly, if you are looking for an early check in or a late check out we will be unable to guarantee this until the week of your reservation as it depends on other guests checking in or out.

You will be contacted within 24 hours of your arrival by VRBO with check in instructions. Check in is 3 pm and check out is 11 am.

Decent Overall
Parking is AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. We drove around for a long while before we found anything as all lots nearby were full. House itself is nice but difficult to find and also smells of trash at the bottom of the stairs. Can hear every move the people in the unit above make! Everything else was good.

Disappointing, very poor value
I own a VRBO home in Fort Lauderdale and have stayed at many VRBO properties as a guest. I understand the importance of being a good guest and a good owner. This property was a huge disappointment. 1. Parking – horrendous. Do not understand how a 4 bedroom condo can not have at least one deeded parking space. We had to pay each day to park in a church parking lot about 50 yards from the front door. 2. The front door is difficult to find. It is located down a one way alley. 3. There are big trash dumpsters that over flowed and smelled disgusting that flanked the entrance. Will send pictures in to VRBO hopefully they will post. 4. There is not central air. There are wall units that are noisy. 5. The beds and sheets are of very low quality. For the price you would expect much higher quality. 6. Had an ant problem… Will send in pictures. 7. Kitchen was poorly stocked and does not have a garbage disposal. 8. Usually shampoo and conditioner are provided nothing to be found. 9. The owner has $5 walmart shower caddies in the shower. Be careful with this as they tip over easily. Would expect something of higher quality for the price. Again, big disappointment and very poor value.
