It had everything we needed to enjoy our family trip to the beach down to towels, a wagon, chairs, and beach toys. The house is immaculate and furnished beautifully inside, you can really tell the property is well cared for. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and upon check-in, they also left a great list of any recommendations that are needed for your trip. We had kids going to Disney and adults trying to avoid Disney. The deck is kept clean which is rare to see in an outdoor setting. The duffy boat is fun and easy to arrange for dockside delivery. This unit is above another rental unit managed by the same company/person so you can hear others moving around (as I assume they can hear us). Great hosts, comfortable, spacious, clean, and perfect location! First, working with the host (Kirk) was easy. He's friendly and genuine, it was nice having him point out features of the fire pit. Also, the unit itself was spacious, larger than I was imagining. It fit all 6 of our family easily (with kids ranging from 20 to 13). The location is amazing with shopping at Fashion Island, a quick \~20 minute driving distance to Disneyland and, of course, the beach about 1.5 blocks away. This location made our 16 hour day at Disney possible. Lastly, amazing touches of style and class inside the bungalow. One of the hosts owns a gallery and her artwork is everywhere throughout. Beautiful work and fun to have that personal touch. Also, they left a bottle of OneHope for us to enjoy when we got to the bungalow. The Aqua Sea is perfect. We're going to recommend to our friends in Seattle plus looking at booking another trip in spring. I'm really glad we found this gem. ##### Greg G. The house was spotless with an incredible attention to detail. Kirk had every closet and drawer subtly labeled with the contents. The location was great with a short walk to Pavillions grocery store as well as a very short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and although we were there in October still a nice amount of people enjoying the sun and water. We rented the Duffy boat right from Kirk which was docked at the house.
