We took both top and bottom of house. Kitchen had almost everything you would need. Bedrooms were very roomy with great closet space if needed. Very clean, loved having an extra fridge in the garage along with extra beach chairs and boards. View and beach were amazing. We had nine G-kids with us they loved walking down to the rocks and looking from crabs.We just had to make sure the kids showered off down the side - walkway and not on the patio as the drains did not work and we ended up with a large puddle of water in the middle of the patio.
