Property was spacious, clean and well appointed. If staying in summer, could get warm with no AC and having to close windows at night due to noise. Upstairs unit was loud walking and running and their vehicle was oversized so really made parking next to it cramped. I literally could not get out of my vehicle. The only thing I wish the owner conveyed was how hot it was on the second story during day and at night. We had a baby temperature gauge, and during day it was 83 degress and at night it didn't get much cooler, around 80 degrees. Its extremely uncomfortable to sleep anywhere in the country being 80 degress with windows open and fans on high.
