Beautiful beach location with a secluded feel on the sand at 38th Street. Four bedrooms including a third floor bedroom with a private bath. Pets are allowed with prior approval. Some exceptions apply. The open concept living area with a beautiful fireplace and large patio on the sand. Step directly from the patio onto the warm sand. The fully equipped kitchen, features stainless appliances. The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
