We had both homes so each couple had their own room and bathorrm. The front home accomodated us all between the dining room table, the living room couch area and the front outdoor table. Each bedroom ( 4 in the front house, two in the back house) had their own bathroom which was wonderful! The house was fully stocked with beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards etc. The rooftop decks were great for afternoon cocktails. The house was very clean too.The only comment I have is to be aware that parking in the garage is very tight only very small cars will fit. Two cars fit under the overhang, but the rest needed to park on the street. So much is within walking distance, we didn’t even use our cars once we parked them!
