Overall, I'd recommend you look elsewhere.
My main concern with the apartment is with respect to privacy and security. The ground floor flat felt exposed, with two doors into the flat from communal hallways: one into the lounge and the second by the bedrooms. These doors were glazed with security glass that had been covered with plastic film, presumably in an attempt to increase privacy. It didn't feel very private or secure.
As for parking, there's a space or two under the property and one on the road outside. However, the car on the road would block in the cars in the garage. Not great if you don't know the owner of the other cars, or they aren't around. There is on-road parking, free overnight until 8:30. Again, this didn't feel that secure.
Otherwise, it was reasonably well equiped, if a little tired. Little to no hot water for showers in the morning.
