Great stay!
Really lovely stay. The staff were really welcoming and informative. The room was lovely, even the sofa bed was comfortable. I would recommend and stay again. Extras I didn't expect like tea and coffee facilities in lobby, shop and a new years social event really added to the welcoming feel. Thank you!

lovely Stay
Really enjoyer our 2 night break with our dog. Nice little touches in the room, dog biscuits and a water bowl The parking is a bit expensive but it is secure. Lovely buffet breakfast

We loved the view of quayside, the spacious room and kitchenette, and especially the low key den and coffee area downstairs

Nice apartment with well equipped kitchen area and very comfortable bed. Close to centre for shopping and bars. Would stay again if visiting Newcastle

The perfect aparthotel.
Lovely suites, clean and comfortable. Great shower. Plentiful breakfast and so nice to have free hot drinks downstairs, day or night, nice ones too! Ideal place to take a dog too as it's only a 10 minute walk from a park or 5 mins down to the quayside. Excellent staff so we will be back.

Lovely Hotel
The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped with everything you could want. The kitchen was just the right size. We didn't use the kitchen but if we had stayed longer I'm sure we would have made more use of it. The bathroom was large and the shower was awesome. (A weak shower can ruin a stay.) The bed felt quite soft but was oh so comfy. I have trouble sleeping away from home but I had no problems in Newcastle. The room was also quiet. When we get back to Newcastle we will definitely stay here again.

Welcomed by Jason who is a credit to the hotel Simple to book in and complementry tra , coffee and muffins are a nice touch Only down side was paying for both motorbikes to park although we take up only 1 bay

Always happy to stay, expensive parking.
Always happy to stay at Staybridge Newcastle - a lot of room for the price, pleasant people. The breakfast isn't quite as good as it used to be but still quite OK with plenty of choice. Parking extortionate at £12 a night now - used to be just expensive at £8. We don't usually need it but did this time.

Lovely hotel
When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming member of staff. She had a lovely conversation with us and was very helpful. The only thing my husband and I was disappointed in was that there was no bar to go to and there was no evening meals. I maybe should have looked into that part when booking.

Two night stay.
This was our third visit to the hotel. It had maintained its standards with excellent and helpful staff and the rooms and common areas are clean and modern. The concept of an all suite hotel is very good as all rooms are spacious with comfortable lounge chairs and sofas. We stayed in a one bedroom suite.

We received a very warm welcome and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good options and was laid out in a really good way. I'm coeliac and I had different options for breakfast and the staff seemed aware of risks of cross contamination with food. The room was a good size and was nice and bright.
