Comfortable and convient place to stay

Pros: Friendly staff, right next to train station
Location: Very close to train station
Had a comfortable one-night stay in this hotel. It's cheery and no-frills, fine for a short stay. Has everything you need and staff were very friendly. My room was a little chilly, but this wasn't a major con.

Excellent location

Pros: Good value for the cost. Clean.
Cons: Upper areas in the room had a good layer of dust. Rooms are small. Shower in bathroom soaks the whole floor.
Location: In the heart of the city centre, lots of bars and restaurants and sights in walking distance.
Great location right beside the main train station. Can walk anywhere in the town from here.

Location: Das Hotel liegt zentral und von dort aus kann man mit wenigen Schritten die Innenstadt erkunden oder vom nahe gelegenen Hauptbahnhof Trips unternehmen
Das Haus liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof - trotzdem zufriedenstellend ruhig. Alles bestens gepflegt, netter Service und gutes Frühstück.

Bright, modern and comfy.

Sleeperz Newcastle is a modern, comfortable, reasonably priced, central and considering it's location, quiet hotel. The bed was very comfortable and excellent pillows. So much so, I did enquire about buying some! Reception staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful as was the doorman. All in all a great place to stay.

Would not stay here again

Hotel did not deliver as expected it is a budget hotel however even a budget hotel can deliver on cleanliness. Rooms were cold air conditioning units did not work at all in one of our rooms and was temperamental in the other. Promised laptop safe there wasn't one no heated floors as promised and wet room was decoratively very tired. Fortunately Newcastle was fantastic so will be visiting again just not this hotel.

Brilliant location

Would have liked to score the hotel a 5 because the hotel was in a brilliant location, clean and modern. However we didn't sleep as well as we could have as it wasn't very sound proof and every time the water was run in the room above it sounded as though it was trickling through the ceiling. Another slight drawback was the parking as the hotel doesn't have a car park.We ended up parking in The Station car park which was very expensive. The hotel did advise us of this on arrival however the cheaper alternative was full when we arrived and as it was pouring down we went for the car park closest to the hotel. None of the above would put us off staying again however! wouldn't stay there again!

Very cozy but lacks elegance and premium quality

Quick efficient and easy to use, bathroom is a little too close to the bed, so if you have anyone with you then don't expect any bathroom privacy as the almost see through door less than a metre from the bed leaves little to the imagination. I haven't tried the premium rooms yet so maybe that would offer a better room option. no bath tub but shower is great. room is tiny, but comfortable and clean. the double rooms are great for coziness just lacking elegance and premium quality
