Business trip, excellent stay recommended.
Excellent stay. Very accomodating and friendly staff (shout out to Gavin). Parking is limited but no problems on this occasion. Room was a standard but very comfortable and nice! My only issue with this room was a narrow bathtub shower which is a bit tricky to shower in. Beyond that excellent. No noise issues, free toiletries, iron and board, wardrobe hangers, spacious room... recommended. Business trip.

The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. The tea/ coffee facilities are fantastic. A small suggestion - to save water, they may ask the guests to consider “green” no cleaning for the day with a reward like what holiday inn is doing or something equ. I’m sure many will appreciate that gesture as it’s environmental friendly. Also found some of the rooms are very dark, would be nice to have more central brighter light .

The overall stay was great, the only issues we really experienced was the Fire Alarm going off on Monday morning at 8.15am (issue in the restaurant) when we were hoping for a bit of a lie in and secondly the staff smoking area seemed to be on the fire escape outside our bedroom, we could actually smell the smoke in our room. The hotel is lovely and staff were fantastic, location is brilliant, just a couple of small issues.
