Posted 23-May-2017
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Room cleanliness especially the bathroom removing personal hair ! Respond to requests to rectify this .
Location: Good location near st James park and shopping
Disappointed with room cleanliness even when requested it be cleaned again. Shut the restaurant early on a Saturday evening so unable to have a meal No drawers in the room for clothes Bed comfortable Nice breakfast when topped up

The inn itself is ok but good location.

Posted 21-May-2017
The location of the hotel is really good. It is very close to the train station and a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly but the rooms are just ok. I was put to a handicap room at first so asked to switch to a different room. The receptionist switched my room immediately but then it seems to be an older building, things inside are a little old and the corner of the bathroom was a little dirty. Overall it an ok hotel/inn.

Nice Hotel Excellent Location to Concert Venue

Posted 16-May-2017
Pros: Breakfast and friendly staff
Location: We stayed at the hotel to attend a concert at the nearby Metro Radio Arena. You could not get a hotel closer to the venue.
Jurys Hotel could not be better located to the Newcastle Metro Radio Arena-literally 5 minutes walk. Good value, friendly staff, plain-furnished hotel room with a good bed and excellent breakfast. We would stay there again.

Perfect hotel for the Arena and night out.

Posted 08-May-2017
Pros: Friendly, well appointed for a night out and Newcastle Arena. Clean ,warm and a very comfortable nights sleep.12 noon checkout is a bonus.
Cons: Nothing, very happy with our stay.
Location: Just about a five minute walk to the Arena and the same distance to the bars and restaurants in Newcastle.
First visit to Jurys to attend the arena just across the road. Very busy in reception when we arrived with lots of hen and stag parties checking in on a Friday night.Don't let that put you off as we didn't hear any noise at all during the evening or night time. All the reception staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable,we will definitely return! Thankyou for an enjoyable stay.

Central Hotel

Posted 24-Apr-2017
Pros: Excellent location.
Cons: Parking could be better. More expensive than advertised and one of the options very shady looking.
Location: Close to lots of entertainment and eating options. Also handy for the station.
A very convenient location to access the city centre. Very pleasant hotel with very friendly staff.

Very friendly hotel

Posted 14-Apr-2017
All the staff at this hotel were very friendly and more than happy to help with anything. The taxi service outside is very convenient and it's great to have the restaurant and bar in the hotel. The bar is a bit pricey but very convenient to meet there when staying with a large group. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Staff were excellent, room cleanliness was ok, but glasses were not washed. Extremely comfy bed. Great food in the restaurant.

OK in parts

Posted 08-Apr-2017
minus....No air con, and windows only open 10cm...no drawers except in the desk. Thus I think only OK for overnight or 2 nights max. plus....Location excellent for railway station and metro. Reasonable walking distance to restaurants, and city centre.
