Watch out for the whooping savages
I was stranded in Newcastle by the snow which closed down the public transport system for three days. Discernibly middle aged, a member of Jurys "Reward" club, travelling alone on business, staying in hotels approx 150 nights a year, most of them at Jurys Inns. So the room allocation algorithm injects me into a corridor filled with parties of whooping savages slamming their room doors, bellowing in the corridors all night, crashing against partition walls and finally returning at 4.30am chanting, appropriately enough, "WE'RE SO STUPID, WE'RE SO STUPID!" Scott sorted out a room change for me next morning, thanks a lot buddy. How he manages to remain so cheerful when the front desk is under pressure morning till night is beyond me. There is something seriously deficient about the membership club and the room allocation processes.

Thank you for having taken the time to share a review on your recent stay with us. I was very sorry to hear that the Stag and Hen's over the weekend caused issues during your stay. It is normally our policy to try to keep all the leisure guests together but with the snow there was a greater mix of guests which did cause some issues.
I am however relieved that Scott was able to help in this matter as he was a champion getting into work, when a majority of his colleagues could not.
Thanks you for your constructive comments.
