Great location with everything you need on your doorstep. Easily commutable to Gateshead, Newcastle, and Durham. Bedroom 1: Double Bedroom 2: Single, Single All bedding and towels are included. Bathroom with shower over bath Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to make this your perfect home away from home. Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to sign our T&Cs, provide a copy of valid ID, and pay a security deposit through our own booking system for your stay to go ahead. The property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access. Check-in information is sent at 4pm the day before arrival. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit. We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements. Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy and pay a damage deposit in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay. We retain the right to cancel the reservation without refund for any refusal to complete these requests after the reservation has been booked.
