Lovely 3 bedroom house, in Newcastle, with on street parking and easy links to Gateshead, Sunderland and North Shields. Great for contractors and families.

Lovely 3 bedroom end of terrace house, occupied in a quiet cul-de-sac. Sleeps up to 5 guests.  
  
Easy links to motorways, accessing all surrounding areas. making this property perfect for contractors.  
  
Bus stops into town are just a 2 minute walk from the house and no more than a 15 minute journey.  
  
Leisure Centre with sports pitches, cafe and gym is a two minute walk from house.

Clothes horse, linen, towels, iron, ironing board and hairdryer are all supplied. All you have to do is turn up!  
  
The entire property is there for your use.  
  
The property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access. Check-in information is sent at 4pm the day before arrival.  
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to sign our T&Cs, provide a copy of valid ID, and pay a security deposit through our own booking system for your stay to go ahead.  
  
We expect our guests to offer clear transparency and honesty for the reason of their stay to ensure we are adhering to government guidelines and laws regarding travel and overnight stays.  
  
We are available Monday-Sunday, from 10am - 8pm.  
  
Once your booking is confirmed the telephone number will be sent to you on a messaging system that you can also use to contact us.  
  
We will return calls or messages as soon as we can.  
  
\* All guests must be over 25 years old.  
  
\* All guests must pay a deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C's prior to staying.  
  
\* This property is more suitable for families and contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location. The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.  
  
\*We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.  
  
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy and pay a damage deposit in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay.   
  
We retain the right to cancel the reservation without refund for any refusal to complete these requests after the reservation has been booked. Our cancellation policy applies to any cancellation made based on the refusal of our Terms.
