Stayed for a 40th dinner party. Fantastic good fantastic staff. Beautiful room. I would highly recommend the staff.

Staff provide a great customer service, easy check in and parking is included. There is a nice swimming pool with jacuzzi. Things we did not like: property is a bit run out, old carpet and furniture, it need some renovation. Our room did not have a smart TV, the tv seems from the last decade, it could not stream our contents. Movies on tv cost over$15 ea.

Good location. Very limited options for a Family of 5 (not flexible re rollaways etc) and extremely expensive for what it is. Rooms are very tight in the hallway area. Car parking is poor. The car park is very tight and oversubscribed, if you don't arrive early you will miss out on a car park. Room cleanliness is average. Only stay in desperation as Newcastle has such a shortage of family friendly accommodation.

The hotel managers refused to give extra towels multiple times, the toilet paper rolls are now only half as big for some reason and there are shared balconies now so make sure you get a room that doesn’t have loud neighbours. The staff were quite unfriendly. Pool is good but the new terms and conditions the hotel make you sign are a little bit unfriendly. Unsure if I would stay again now and I’ve stayed many many times.

Property and amenities well excellent, only issue was the beds was very uncomfortable, couldnt sleep due to discomfort. Consttuction was also carried out on the premises which starts at 7am which is very disturbing

The first room we were given stunk like prawns. The lift was not working from the car park. And there was no carpark available for high vehicles.

We booked here because of the pool, and when we checked in, they informed the pool was closed due to elec issue. It was a bit disappointing since it was our only night there. We did visit the pool the next morning and discovered that we didnt get supplied the pool towels that should have been in our room. So not sure if they didnt supply towels knowing the pool wasnt open. The 2nd lift also was not working that was right near our room for easy access to the pool so it was a bit of a walk to get down to the pool. Just seemed like a bit of maintenance is needed to keep everything up to date. Room was nice. Stayed in a room that had the separate lounge area. Bathroom was nice with double shower heads but toilet sat really close to the shower screen. Connected to the leagues club and free parking. I would stay here again if the pool was open as it added a little downer to the stay.

Our stay at the Executive was excellent. The best part of our stay was the friendliness and great service from the staff. From entering the lobby, to the pool, gym, club and in the morning the staff were happy, friendly and kind. It makes all the difference when managing long days travelling between places. Thank you

Definitely not a 4 star property. Air con didn’t work properly in room was either freezing cold or insanely hot. Rooms old and dirty.

The elevator from the car park did not work. There was only 1 small elevator working. Our room was dated, old dirty carpet, the walls needed painted, fly screen to balcony all ripped. It just needed some updating. The pool area and breakfast buffet we great!
