we paid for overseas guest to stay. upon arrival we checked in and were met with friendly staff, unfortunately there was no lift and no offer to help with suitcases, our guests struggled up the stairs with heavy bags.
Hotel was clean but looks rundown, rooms needed new carpets and décor was tired as was the outside

Thankyou for staying with us. I do apologise that our friendly staff were not able to assist you with your luggage to second level rooms. We do try to make ourselves available to assist where we can but perhaps this was during a very busy time of the evening. We have half of our rooms on the ground level and would be very pleased to talk with you and your guests in relation to booking these rooms in the future. Regards, Grant
