"The flat is spacious and comfortable. The lift was not working during my stay and my flat was up at the 6th floor... The staffs are helpful and welcoming but there is no staff after 5 pm. "Very helpful reception, lovely big room. Plenty of space and fully stocked kitchen utensils. Good location for bars and short walk to shops. Unfortunately the boiler went down so was a little colder but that wasn’t there fault and didn’t take away from our stay. "Good stay... room seemed a bit ‘rough round the edges’ but overall we were happy for what we paid and would stay again if rooms were priced accordingly.
