Getting Around: This property is a 3 minute walk to the Plum Island Basin and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport! A car is needed to get to the property. Other Things to Note: Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood. Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out. Please do not move any furniture from one room to another without agreeing to it with us first. Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. We have wonderful neighbors and it’s very important that all guests be respectful of them as well as other residents. Absolutely no house parties and or live music. Do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper! No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in or on property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside or outside the home. Please always use bathroom vents when showering and stove fan when cooking. Always make sure storm door is shut tight (otherwise it easily breaks in the wind tunnel) Clean dryer vent after every use. No candles Do not use bath towels on the beach. You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking. Please be considerate of the house and furniture. If you damage furniture or any items in the property, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage or replacement. Guests are to allow homeowner or service access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and advise beforehand where possible. The host had everything anyone could have wanted. I truly felt at home there. I had lost my husband a little over a month ago. It was extremely hard on me. We had planned on going to Salem for Halloween this year, unfortunately he didn’t make it. So I took the trip myself with our 2 daughters and my best friend. I have found a lot of comfort and peace in the home. The neighbors were wonderful. The neighborhood was so quiet. The town was beautiful and the ocean view from the front porch was breathtaking. The host replied to all of my questions quickly. He was very respectful and accommodating. There’s so many good things to say about this home. If you’re looking for a place to get away, find peace and quiet, have a host that is absolutely phenomenal, have an amazing view to look at each morning and have a beautiful town to tour then this is definitely the home you want to stay in. The host makes sure that you have every single thing that you could possibly think you will need. It literally feels like you’re in your own home. I forgot my charging box to my cell phone charging cord. I opened the drawer and there one sat. So when I say this host literally has everything you need he truly does. It was one of the best places I have ever stayed in. I look forward to coming back again soon. I have been having a difficult time with my husband’s passing but I was able to find solace while staying in the home. It was so comforting and inviting. ##### Brandy P.
