I honestly liked everything! Staff rapidly took care of any requests we had. Breakfast was great, you have variety, so it’s good for everyone. And very clean, smelled nice. And I was happy that my baby shih tzu was welcomed! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Saved by staying at the right hotel…
We planned our family trip for months; unfortunately, I got sick on our first day in NY so I stayed most of the time at the hotel room and I’m glad everything there (room, service, etc) made my stay comfortable despite of my condition. I may add that it has the right location…The urgent care Clinic was closed to the hotel, the hospital too, a variety of restaurants as well!

Hotel is very clean, looks quite new. The only minor issue I had was with the bathtub—it was a little bit beat up , as though a small area was or was attempted to be resealed. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Dated. Way too expensive for what you get. Limited outlets near bed. Absolutely NO extras. We booked a suite with an open out couch because nothing else was available with two separate beds. There were no extra sheets available for the couch. I would have to be in a real pinch to stay there again.

Great place to stay for Legoland.
We checked in at 11pm and checked out at 10am. It was a great place to sleep for our family of 4 before we spent the day at Legoland.

Good. Problem with housekeeping room not made until after330. One of managers gave different reasons than two staff I spoke with. Keith a manager provided excellent service.

We stayed here for one night. We booked this place last moment, but we’re super happy with our stay. There was 24x7 coffee and the breakfast was superb. There was ample parking. The place looked renovated except for one thing. The AC made quite some noise, but we were ok with it. There was microwave and fridge in the room which was nice. This was 10 min drive from legoland goshen
