Conveniently situated on an alternative route for Newark Showground (4 miles away) avoiding A1, A46 and A17. Ideal for visitors to Newark Showground and the surrounding area. Beautiful two bed detached property all to yourselves. Sleeps up to six people, one double, two singles and a double sofa bed in the lounge area, parking for up to three vehicles. One bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Smart TV’s in the lounge and bedrooms along with workstations in both bedrooms. Large kitchen with dining table, cooker, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer. Tea, coffee and milk supplied on arrival. Washing machine and dishwasher also provided. A variety of supermarkets, pubs and takeaway’s close by as well as some excellent restaurants in and around Newark.
